Refund and Returns Policy

Policy Overview

At Ron’s Brothers Academy, all tuition fees, book fees, and payments for regional or international trips are non-refundable. Enrollment in the academy constitutes a commitment to the full academic program and its associated costs. These fees are essential to securing resources, staffing, curriculum materials, and travel arrangements, and therefore cannot be reimbursed under any circumstances, including withdrawal or dismissal from the academy.

We emphasize to all students and families that participation in all educational activities—both local and abroad—is a mandatory part of the curriculum. As such, financial planning should reflect the understanding that once payments are made, they are final and non-negotiable. By enrolling, families acknowledge and accept this policy as part of their agreement with Ron’s Brothers Academy

Withdrawal Refunds Policy

Withdrawal Refund Policy
In the event a student withdraws from Ron’s Brothers Academy, parents are eligible for a refund of tuition or related fees only if written notice of withdrawal is submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment. After this 7-day period, all payments become non-refundable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal. This limited refund window allows the academy to manage enrollment, allocate resources, and uphold the quality of educational services provided.

Late or missing refunds

If a refund has been approved and you have not received it within 10 days of the refund date, please first check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary. If the refund is still not reflected after a reasonable period, contact our administrative office for assistance. Ron’s Brothers Academy is committed to handling all approved refunds in a timely and accurate manner, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues or delays as quickly as possible.

Sale items

At Ron’s Brothers Academy, our refund policy applies equally to both sale and regular-priced items. Whether an item was purchased at full price or at a discounted rate, the same terms and conditions regarding refunds and eligibility apply. This ensures consistency and fairness in how all transactions are handled across the academy.

Exchanges

Ron’s Brothers Academy allows for the exchange of books and educational materials if the office is notified within 5 to 7 days of receiving the items. Exchanges will only be processed if the materials are returned in their original, unused condition. This policy is in place to ensure that students have the correct resources needed for their studies while maintaining the quality and integrity of our educational materials.

Gifts

Ron’s Brothers Academy does not offer refunds or exchanges for items received as gifts. If a student or parent receives a gift item purchased through the academy, any concerns or requests related to the item must be handled by the original purchaser. We recommend that all gift purchases be made with care and with the recipient’s needs in mind, as our standard refund and exchange policies still apply.

Shipping returns

All books and educational materials for Ron’s Brothers Academy are purchased and shipped directly to the school for student use. As such, individual shipping returns are not applicable. In the event of a damaged or incorrect item, parents or guardians must notify the school office within 5 to 7 days of receipt, and the academy will coordinate any necessary exchanges directly with the supplier. Please note that students and families are not responsible for handling or returning shipped items independently.
